We have negotiated an investment terms that Cap the valuation of Electrum upon conversion at 23 Million CAD . 

The investment is through a SPV we set up in Delaware . 

We welcome a FOF participation from other fund. 

Valuation at the IPO should be between 80-120 Million USD . ( Terms , memorandum and subscription agreement attached )
